This was not a light refurbishment. This was a full compliance-led conversion, delivered to meet current Irish Building Regulations across Part B (Fire Safety), Part L (Energy), and Part M (Accessibility).
Working within an existing structure and over an occupied commercial space, we managed complex fire strategy, full compartmentation, and passive fire upgrades — ensuring the building performs exactly as it should when it matters most.
